Fighting Hunger Together

Why It Matters

More Than a Few Hours of Your Time

Michael Copeland believed that hunger is solvable — and that we are the solution. He built Michael's Meals on the backs of volunteers who showed up year after year, not because they had to, but because they understood what a Christmas meal means to a family in need.

Just days before Christmas, our volunteers load up their vehicles and personally deliver meals and gifts to families throughout the community. For many of those families, that knock on the door means more than food. It means someone cares. It means they have not been forgotten.

That is the work you are joining when you volunteer with Michael's Meals. And it's work that Michael asked us — with his last breath — to continue.
